1. Order Cancellation:

Before Processing: Orders can be canceled at no cost if the cancellation request is received before the order processing begins. Please notify us via email or phone within 24 hours of placing the order.

During Processing: Once an order has entered the processing stage, cancellation may still be possible but subject to a 10% restocking fee. This is to cover the administrative and handling costs incurred up to that point.

After Shipping: Orders that have been shipped cannot be canceled but can be returned under our return policy.

2. Special Orders:

Cold chain or special orders, including products not typically stocked, cannot be canceled once placed. These orders are tailored to specific requests and cannot be resold or restocked easily.

3. Cancellation Procedure:

Cancellations must be made in writing via email to [email protected]. Include your order number, name, and contact information.

Verbal cancellations are not accepted unless followed by written confirmation.

4. Refunds:

Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 48 hours of cancellation receipt, provided there are no charges for restocking or administrative fees.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

5. Exceptions:

In cases of errors by Medserv Africa Limited staff (e.g., incorrect item shipped), cancellation and subsequent refund will be processed without fees, including after shipping.

For cold chain items, once the order is processed, cancellation is not allowed due to the nature of the products.

6. Force Majeure:

This policy does not apply in cases of force majeure events where neither party can perform their obligations under the contract.

7. Policy Review:
